  • Manage the flow of information from our various providers to our customers,
  • Ensure a high quality interface between the front-line helpdesk and the development team,
  • Respond to day to day client queries and problems (flexibility to work shift hours),
  • Proactive management of client relationships to guarantee high customer satisfaction levels,
  • Transform functional requirements into specifications,
  • Review documents, existing procedures, and processes and recommend where automation or improvements can be implemented,
  • Implementation of challenging functional projects,
  • Test newly developed features,
  • Write extra documentation for clients and/or participate in user guide documentation improvement.

Essential Skills

  • Fully fluent English and French – other languages would be a plus,
  • University graduate minimum 2.1 (Masters preferred) or equivalent to BAC +5 (Economics, Management or in Finance),
  • Good technical knowledge of financial markets (equities, exchanges, derivatives etc.),
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills,
  • An international perspective or background would be beneficial,
  • Autonomous, good team spirit and ability to contribute recommendations and improvements to existing programs.

The World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers Intern

Seeking an intern for the Editors Weblog (www.editorsweblog.org), daily publication of the World Editors Forum. Interns should be based in Paris on a tourist or student visa and MUST be able to obtain a ‘convention de stage’ from an educational institution – this means you must be a student or recent graduate. Excellent fluency (to native standard) in English is obligatory. No remuneration is offered. The Editors Weblog covers the hottest trends and the latest news in communications that affect the global newspaper industry. The intern would help find this information and write several daily articles for the site in collaboration with the Weblog Editor.     Hi, I will be moving from USA to France in November and looking for a job. I have degree in English, travel management, interior design, UN Certificates of Completion and MBA in Business. I am 37. Speak Russian and English and now learning French. Lived in USA 15 years.
